"Anadigi Counter" Daihaito Counter Digital Output Specifications

A new product that maintains the mechanical measurement mechanism of the Daihai counter while being able to output the current values digitally.

The mechanism of the digital counter remains the same, with numerical output in digital form. - Maintains existing analog measurement and mechanical limit measurement mechanisms. - Can be replaced with the counter currently in use. - Analog values can still be visually confirmed as before. - The rotation ratio can be specified in the same way as the existing counter. - Connection methods can be selected as shaft type or flexible shaft. - Digital output is via serial communication RS-232 signal output. - By providing digital output, centralized management is also possible. - Replacement or exchange with other manufacturers' products is also possible.

We have developed a counter that can withstand high-speed rotation while maintaining the mechanical measurement mechanism that many customers have requested. The mechanism we adopted is the "Geneva mechanism." By using this mechanism, we have been able to increase the allowable rotation speed by approximately twice for various 5-digit specifications (3 digits for the integer part + 2 digits for the decimal part). It can currently be replaced with the counters you are using.

ETS Series Encoder Equipped Height Counter

This is a new model of a dial height gauge, an analog measuring instrument, equipped with an encoder.

By synchronizing the drive shaft of the counter and the drive shaft of the encoder within the internal box, it has become possible to output displacement values as pulse signals while utilizing it in the same way as the previous height counters.
